  A six-county development group pooling resources and expertise of economic developers from Winneshiek, Howard, Allamakee, Fayette, Clayton and Delaware counties.

• Upper Explorerland Regional Planning Commission
  Based in Decorah and Postville and representing Howard, Winneshiek Allamakee, Fayette and Clayton counties, UERPC administers small business revolving loan programs and SBA 504 Financing.

• Northeast Iowa Resource Conservation & Development
  Based in Postville, RC&D specializes in working with businesses in tourism, local food production and value-added agriculture.

• Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce
  DACC is a valuable source of information for businesses ranging from startup to long time and from small to large. With its 400-plus members, DACC is a valuable business-to-business link.

• MyEntreNet
  A part of the University of Northern Iowa, MyEntreNet links entrepreneurs, small business owners and service providers throughout Northeast Iowa. It also provides links to grants, loans and financial incentives.
