Decorah’s Business Park

Space Still Available in Decorah's Business Park

The 154-acre Decorah Business Park is situated across Highway 9 from the Decorah Municipal Airport, just east of Decorah. Decorah Business Park was annexed into the City of Decorah in 2006 and offers city utilities and service.

The Business Park includes light manufacturing, retail and office lots. Remaining lots are zoned C-1, highway commercial, or M-2, light manufacturing.

Incentives may be offered for businesses bringing new jobs into Winneshiek County.
